Event Photography & Media

Professional photography and videography may be conducted at Convivio events. By attending, you consent to the capture and use of your likeness in event recaps, marketing materials, and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify our team upon arrival.

For certain events, we produce a curated guest directory shared among attendees to facilitate meaningful connections. This directory includes your name, title, and organization. You may opt out of inclusion in the guest directory by notifying us before the event.
